Uglybooks makes colorful notebooks that can take a beating. They come in 3-packs. Each notebook has an unbranded cover and has 48 pages.
The paper is a thick 135 gsm acid-free. TBH, we thing they are pretty good looking.
8 inches by 5 and 3/4 inches. Bound on the 5 and 3/4 so it's wide or landscape mode.
The shrink wrap is biodegradable and the paper is FSC certified.
