Made in Japan, these notepads have a beautiful grid in either blue or red color. They are made out of Junpakushi paper, 222 sheets with a 2mm grid. The paper is smooth and a bit glossy. A bit fiddly with some inks; we don't recommend it for fountain pen use but please make sure to test at our store if you have specific pens to try.
The reverse of the page is not glossy, more of a rougher texture that can take pencil really well.
It'll look great on any desk.

We've found that gel pens,Schmidt refills, and pilot G2 have great performance on the 7 Squares.
