This pencil sharpener looks like an inkwell. It may be a modified inkwell. We don't know and haven't asked, but it does a pretty good job and the glass container has a nice color and weight to it. Made in Germany.
We used the Hot Cool Tokyo Kitaboshi pencil and a Palomino Blackwing to test. The pencils are not included. You can get the Kitaboshi at The Outpost.
